On the occasion of International Yoga Day, our little ones participated in simple yet meaningful yoga practices. It was heartwarming to see their enthusiasm as they stretched, breathed, and balanced with joy and curiosity.

Let’s continue to encourage our children to make yoga a regular part of their lives for a happy and healthy future.
